I was born in 1970 left school at 16 went straight into employment manufacturing aeroplane seats for 14 years before I got made redundant. After a few months of pondering what I was going to do with my life and did not want to go into another factory job. I decided to do what interests me the most in life which was working out at the gym. So I decided to become a personal trainer the course that I attended was with Premier Training & Development, which also included sports therapy. I have been qualified as a Personal Trainer and Sports Therapist since November 2000. The college I attend for my acupuncture was the London College of Traditional Acupuncture LCTA, which is recognized by the British Acupuncture Council, the course was a BScHons degree. The Reflexology course that I attended was at the Oxford School of Reflexology, which uses meridian style system, which is used in acupuncture. The Association of Reflexologist recognizes the course that I attended for my Reflexology.
