Richard Wightman is the main leader, and has worked full time for the church since 2003. Before that he was a non fulltime leader in the church, a role he had held since 1995, and has been a member of the church since 1992. His background before working fulltime for the church was in the rail industry, where he finished as a senior manager. He is married to Helen and has two adult children. Bill Williams runs his own Christian music company, having previously been the Sales Director of a Christian music and publishing company. Bill has been a non fulltime leader since 1995, and has been a member of the church since 1992. He is married to Liz and has two adult children. Dave Eyeington joined the church in 2004, and is now part of the church leadership team. He works freelance as an Information Technology Trainer. He is married to Mandy and they have four school age children.
